I and bequeath all my property and every kind whatsoever to Thomas Droon Talford of the Middle Esquire and Charles Ryle of the East India Court, Gentlemen, in trust to be of by purchase of annuity or many annuities or in any other manner at their outright discretion for the sole and use of my sister Mary Ann Lamb provided that if by reason of her advanced age or otherwise it shall not seem expedient to them the said trustees to dispose of the whole of the said property in her lifetime and that after the payment of her just debts and funeral expenses and any of the said property shall be remaining that then it shall be in the power of the said trustees to dispose of such to such purposes as she being of sound mind shall appoint by writing under her own hand provided further that in default of any such appointment then the said trustees after the payment of her debts and funeral expenses shall have to pay the residue of the said property to Emma residing in All Saints Drury Suffolk or in case that she shall not be living to any child or children that she may have left born in lawful wedlock and I appoint Thomas Droon Talford Esquire and Charles Ryle Gentlemen aforsaid my executors as witness my hand and this ninth day of October 1830. -- Charles Lamb -- signed in the presence of Vincent 3 Ruffords Row Islington 13the January 1835 I appeared personally Willis Henry Lowe of the East India Court Gentlemen and made oath that I know and was well acquainted with Charles Lamb late of Southampton Buildings Holbourn in the County of Middlesex and of in the same county Esquire for many years before and to the of his and also with his manner and character of handwriting and subsequent having often seen him write and inscribe his name that having now in attentively and the last will and testament of the said hereti beginning thus "I Charles Lamb late of the Acoountant Generals Office East India Court" ending this "and I appoint Thomas Droon Talford Esquire and Charles Ryle Gentlemen aforesaid my executors as witness my hand this ninth day of October 1830" and thus inscribed "Charles Lamb" that further and lastly made oath at and in his the whole body and contents of the said will beginning ending and inscribed as aforesaid to be of the proper and insciption of the said deceased -- Willis H Lowe -- day the said Willis Henry Lowe was duly sworn to the of this affadavit I Wm Proved in London the 16th January 1835 before the worshupful doctor of laws and by the oaths of Thomas Droon Talford Esq abd Charles Ryle the executors to whom admon was granted having been just sworn duly to administer
